We’ve all done it. Deleted something we did not intend to. I accidentally deleted the web content for every domain starting with the letter ‘r’ once. I typed “rm -rf r/ ” and meant to press the tab key for the directory listing but accidentally pressed enter instead. Luckily, the data was stored on a NetApp array and I was able to recover the data from the /.snapshot before anybody noticed. Phew.
